Em 06 de abril de 2016, CRF-PR leva propostas para discussão na Reunião Geral dos Conselhos, em Brasília.
Alteração na Resolução 433/05 do CFF sobre a exigência de Assistência Farmacêutica em Transportadoras de medicamentos com a inclusão de carga horária mínima de 40 horas semanais para matriz e filiais com movimento de carga de produtos farmacêuticos e farmoquímicos diariamente, independente da quantidade de volumes. E 30 horas semanais para transportadora (matriz ou filiais) querealizam operações de recebimento e expedição de produtos farmacêuticos e farmoquímicos esporadicamente, ou seja, sem frequência diária. E para transportadoras que possuam o perfil de empresa especializada em transporte de produtos farmacêuticos e demais produtos de interesse à saúde, torna-se imprescindível farmacêutico em horário integral na matriz e nas filiais.
Proposta acolhida pelo CFF, com a tomada das seguintes providências: será encaminhado ao Plenário do CFF para alteração da Resolução nº 433/05 e será encaminhado expediente para Anvisa complementar a Portaria 802/98 e acrescentar Transportadoras à RDC 320/2002, ou estabelecer norma específica para o período de Assistência em Transportadoras.
